The staff were very very nice and amicable day and night. I booked a double room for 7 nights and had a great stay.

this place is pleasant because of the marvellous location and garden views. big and quiet rooms, free wi-fi is a huge plus! there is a plenty of supplies like : climate control, tv and a writing desk. offers good service and good food. moreover, there is a parking on-site.

The beautiful garden was filled with singing birds.

The rooms located above reception felt disconnected from the main building, and were quite noisy due to nearby park concerts.

The hotel is clean and safe, with friendly staff and a nice garden area, though it can be a bit noisy due to street activity. Breakfasts were tasty, and being close to the bus terminal made it convenient for day trips. It’s a good value for a family stay.

The hotel features a lovely courtyard that my kids loved playing in, while the rooms were alwayssuper clean and cozy. It's just a short walk to Juarez Park, and the family enjoyed spending afternoons there. We really appreciated the daily housekeeping service.

For dads, it would be great to have a quieter area away from the street noise.

The place is nice, and has everything I need, free parking, 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and air conditioning. On my first stay, staff helped me print important documents, which I remember fondly. I recommend enjoying the lovely courtyard. I'm definitely coming back for a city trip.

The location was a standout, with Parque Llano directly across the street and excellent dining options nearby. Some rooms were close to the street, leading to occasional noise disturbances, impacting the peace during restful moments. A minor inconvenience was the absence of reliable Wi-Fi, made staying connected challenging at times.

La casona del llano has an excellent location, right across from juarez park and just a few blocks from the zocalo. The beautiful courtyard and garden add a nice touch. The staff was really courteous, and my room was cleaned thoroughly every day.

The room was pretty spacious and faced a lovely, green courtyard, nice. It had a fan and a TV, and they cleaned it super clean every day. The bed was super comfortable too, made a big difference after a long day. You could open the window for fresh air. Only downside was it could get a bit noisy at times, but nothing too serious.

during my stay, I loved that the hotel was right across from Juarez Park and just a short walk away from the bustling Zocalo, making it super easy to explore the city's landmarks and enjoy lovely park views.
